When you buy a Healthy Eating and Living Plan (HELP), you will:

Step 2
Select ’Return to’ link to be redirected to your Welcome Pack after making the purchase to receive full and simple instructions.
Step 3
Complete your 5 day diet diary, based on any 5 days and return to me following the instructions in the Pack.
Step 4
Within 5 working days, you will receive HELP, with everything you need to understand how to bring healthy eating into your food choices.

Send me an example of your food choices over a 5 day period. Within 5 working days of receipt of your diet form I will send you your own personalised HELP. This is not automated; it is a review of your diet followed by my individualised suggestions on how to bring healthier food choices into your life.
The information you receive helps you build your own Healthy Eating Plan with ideas, options and suggestions based on an assessment of how YOU eat now.
All you need to do is keep a note of all your food and drink choices together with the timing of these over 5 days. Any 5 days will do, however, it is always good to include a weekend if you find these are significantly different. When you have done this you send the info to me.
Within 5 working days your HELP pack will be emailed to you containing:
- Your existing diet with personalised healthy eating information and commentary along side
- My suggestions for replacing or substituting existing foods
- A short assessment highlighting which areas of your diet may not be supporting your healthy eating focus.
- A broad list of healthy foods to include whenever you can.

As you can see you will get: a commentary on what you are eating, suggestions of healthier options and if you’re up to it, some bigger changes to incorporate.
A really useful and workable healthy eating meal plan is personalised to suit you. My way of doing things helps you understand how to do this and make healthy eating a part your daily diet. It puts you in control.

The FISN plan is your plan. There are thousands (maybe millions) of healthy eating books out there that give you great eating plans. They give you meal by meal, day by day options, however there’s a problem. You usually have to completely change the way you eat, overnight.
The issue is if you follow a plan from a book that doesn’t have any resemblance to the way you currently eat, research suggests you won’t sustain it for long and certainly not for a life time.
You need healthy eating information that fits into YOUR life and schedule; I believe I bring you a more realistic approach. The aim is to;
- Help you adapt your current diet to make it healthier.
- Encourage you to devise your own realistic eating plan that you will stick to.
- Teach you which of your food choices to focus on first.
Once you’ve got the hang of it, you can then go all out with a diet plan that really suits you and your lifestyle. You can do this by using one of those thousands of books or continue to improve your own food choices through the self-knowledge you will gain through our process.
I am sure you will find the information you receive very useful, however, it is important to understand that HELP is not:
- Therapeutic and designed to address, correct or support any health issues
- A generic eating plan offering day by day meal plans
- Calorie controlled
- A strict eating regime or plan
- A medically controlled diet
- Set within government guidelines
The information you will receive puts you fairly and squarely in charge of your diet by highlighting two issues; which foods you might like to include that may contribute to your health and which of your current choices that are probably not.
